• Advance Payment: A portion of the total project fee is due once the project deal is closed.
• Second Payment: Half of the total fee is due upon completion of the project.
• If you are availing of monthly services, we will ensure that our services are delivered as agreed. It is mandatory for you to pay the monthly charges on the fixed date to continue receiving our services.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, designs, and text, is owned by HA Tech and protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

HA Tech is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts or deny service if users violate our terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
